Chua Ya Ting is an aspiring producer and screenwriter from Singapore. She is the co-creator of the award-winning kids programme ‘My Buddy Bonemasher’, which blossomed from a final year project into a full-fledged television show.

She is an alumnus of Singapore Polytechnic and graduated in 2019 with a Diploma in Creative Writing for TV and New Media (now known as the Story & Content Creation specialisation under Diploma in Media, Arts & Design). She recently graduated from SIM (University at Buffalo) with a Bachelor in Arts (Communication) (Summa cum Laude). She is also the recipient of the SIM-UB Scholarship where she spent one semester at the home campus in Buffalo, New York honing her skills in film, writing, and research.
